You may request deletion of your home address at any time by contacting us using the information below.

Data Retention Periods

In accordance with Cal. Civ. Code 1798.100(a)(3), the following retention periods apply to each category of personal information we collect:

• Identifiers (name, email, phone, home address) - retained for 5 years after your last interaction, or until you request deletion.
• Commercial information (order history, product selections, measurements) - retained for 7 years for warranty and tax compliance.
• Internet activity (analytics cookies, page views, device info) - retained for 26 months (aligned with Google Analytics default).
• Sensitive PI (home address for in-home consultations) - retained for 2 years after the consultation, then automatically purged unless an active warranty or order exists.
• Geolocation data (ZIP code from forms) - retained for 5 years, same as identifiers.

Upon expiration of the applicable retention period, personal information is securely deleted or de-identified. You may request earlier deletion at any time.

2022 Lookback Right

In accordance with the 2026 expanded CCPA/CPRA lookback mandate, California residents may submit “Requests to Know” that extend back to January 1, 2022.
