Our Position
Discount Best Blinds and Shutters does notsell personal information in exchange for money, and we do not knowingly sell the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age. However, California law (CCPA as amended by CPRA) defines “sale” and “sharing” broadly - it can include disclosing information to third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising or certain analytics integrations, even when no money changes hands.
Your Rights Under California Law

- Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information.
- Limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information.
- Know what personal information we collect and how it is used.
- Request deletion of personal information we have collected.
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Be free from retaliation for exercising any of these rights.
How to Submit a Do Not Sell or Share Request
You may submit a verifiable request using any of the following methods. We will respond within 15 business days and process verified requests within 45 days (extendable by 45 additional days with notice, per CCPA §1798.130).

Include the subject line “California Do Not Sell or Share Request” and provide enough information for us to verify that the request comes from you. An authorized agent may submit on your behalf with written permission.
